I offer confidential, non-judgemental counselling in a safe and supportive space. My aim is to help you feel understood, build your resilience, and find practical ways to move forward.

I work using an integrative approach, blending different types of therapy – humanistic counselling, CBT, psychodynamic and brief focused counselling – to suit your needs and preferences. Every person is unique, and so is every session.
